Shipping & Handling Information

Thank you for shopping at AMAProducts. The following information sets out the terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your Order

When placing an order online an email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

However, some orders may ship within as few as 1 day and some may take up to 7 days.

3. Shipment Locations

AMAProducts does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed as weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

(a) Shipping & Handling costs for Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast (QLD) & Gold Coast (QLD) Metro Areas (Metro areas are defined by our carriers)

  • Free delivery & handling on standard eligible consumable & small equipment orders over $275.00 inc GST
  • An $18.00 inc GST freight & handling charge will apply for orders less than $275.00 inc GST.
  • Please note: This does not include heavy, large or sensitive items such as furniture, fridges, equipment, bulky products or cold chain items. Freight charges will be applied to these items at checkout for E-commerce customers and will appear on invoices for credit account customers.

(b) Standard freight charges will apply to all other areas at checkout for E-commerce customers.

(c) Please Note

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the type of items, and the delivery location. Delivery cost information will be provided at checkout for E-commerce customers and on your invoice for credit account customers.

5. Tracking & Updates

AMAProducts aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email link to track your package to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Damages

If the items arrive damaged on delivery, contact us immediately at https://amaproducts.com.au/contact_us or 1300 558 135.

7. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that, more often not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. AMAProducts politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at https://amaproducts.com.au/contact_us or 1300 558 135 to report missing or lost packages.
