5. Orders and Payment
5.1 All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by AMA Products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
5.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
5.3 Payment for orders can be made via credit card (Visa & Mastercard accepted) or other payment methods specified on the Site. All payments are processed securely. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) utilised in connection with any order.
5.A Orders & Payment Credit Account – Placement of any order means acceptance our terms & conditions
5.A.1 Purchase orders can be cancelled in writing providing the goods have not been despatched to you and if they are not a special buy in or non-returnable product (i.e pharmaceuticals & cold chain items).
5.A.2 All payments must be made in full 30 days after the date on your invoice.

5.4.4 AMAProducts retains title and ownership of the goods supplied until payment including any GST and/or freight charges have been received in full.
5.4.5 Failure to make payment by the due date in accordance to our trading terms, AMAProducts shall be entitled to the following:
· Suspension or closure of account.
· Costs & expenses relating the recovery of all monies owed including interest, collection agency fees and legal costs.
5.A.6 In the event you default in payment, call a meeting of your creditors, go into bankruptcy, liquidation or have a receiver appointed you will grant AMAProducts the right to enter your premises and take possession of the goods.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 AMA Products will endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, postal delays, courier delays, or customs delays.
6.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout for E-commerce customers.
6.4 Risk or loss of, or damage to, the goods shall pass to you upon the delivery of the goods or upon the loading of the goods on your nominated carrier if you choose to do so.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you purchase is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
7.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
7.3 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
7.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMAProducts excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through the Site, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
8.2 Our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty implied by law is limited to the replacement of goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.
